The Mediterranean has come alive in Tétouan!
On August 25, SOUND BITES blended the flavors of the two shores of the Mediterranean in an immersive tasting experience that celebrated both Moroccan and Italian culture.
A sensory journey curated by Ipologica and produced by Brain Community and Polysonica: wireless headphones, custom sound design, and live performances guided a group of guests through a tasting sequence where culinary gestures and preparations were transformed into sound in real time.
